The staffing industry reports that the turnover rate for temps is greater than 400%. Tempcityusa.com, a new interactive jobs board tailored to the temporary help industry, hopes to provide temps with a way to alert one another about what to expect from certain staffing firms and certain clients using a lot of temporary workers.
